its so hard for me to be excited to work out. you see all these ppl on fb saying "10 miles not even tired" or "gym time, cant wait." like do they expect me to believe them? i know they are full of shit! working out for me has been an issue lately... im not motivated at all. ill get home relax for a few mins. next thing you know its bed time.
i tried the whole calorie counting diet. i never understood calories until now. i lost 1 pound a week, total of 6 pounds. heres what i was doing:
max calories per day 1,450
each meal 450 calories
100 calorie snack
its hard but the results are amazing. and a good thing was now when i go to a restaurant and i see the number of calories for a burger i get grossed out and actually get something more healthy. incase you didnt know, the chicken alfredo at olive garden is over 1,400 calories. thats a whole days consumption in one meal, yuck! unfortunately, i stopped counting calories and gained them pounds back. :(
