so i went to the gym last night. its 9 am and the pain is sinking in. i know that by this time tomorrow, imma be hating life. it is hard for me to get back in the routine of working out. im just too lazy. but i feel like this time around i will stick to it.
sat down for a while and almost fell asleep. true story.
am i ready to say good bye to these 20 pounds? but they've been so goo to me these past 4 years. we've been through alot together...
