whats green, wet, and tastes ohh so good?

no, not a booger!! i decided to try something new for the month of april. i added "green smoothies" to my morning routine. i am horrible when it comes to breakfast. really, really bad. either i skip it or bust a drive thru at mcdonalds and get two apple pies and a small coffee. and im proud to say i havent had coffee ever since. it kicked my coffee urge to the curb! and did i mention i am now wearing a size 30!!! ive been stuck with 32's for a while. and it is very depressing knowing i used to be able to share size 0 with my sister :( whomp whomp!

these smoothies are quick and easy to make...
just toss all this into the blender!!!
  • peel and chop one frozen banana
  • 2 spoonfuls of yogurt
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 spoon of peanut butter
  • and a big handful of spinach
blend that suckka till its nice and smooth and your ready to go! i will be honest 3 days of the peanut butter does start to get a bit old(especially when your having jb&j for lunch), so just skip it and why not add some frozen mango!!!
